Yaletown is plugged in to NMW. Free outdoor concerts on the docks each evening starting at 4:30. The Opus Hotel and the Rosedale on Robson are sold out with New Music West attendees. Conference VIPs will start the evenings with a VIP party at Art Works Gallery on Smithe, to be followed by late nite after parties, sponsored by Yaletown's own Red Bull, held at the old El Patio space at 891 Cambie St. (at Smithe). Kudos to local Yaletown company, 29 Productions Inc., for putting on this outrageous conference and party.
