The snow has arrived in Vancouver and we want to help you stay warm this winter and be ready to take it on.
Here are five ways to stay warm in the wintertime:
#1: Wear a wrap-around scarf and cape over fitted pants
“Oh, the weather outside is frightful…” but you can still look on-trend! The key to layering is length and proportion. Keep the base layer more fitted to keep your shape looking slim.
On Susanna: Rachel Mara cape ($245) and Noel Asmar scarf ($138) from Moulé
#2: Wrap yourself in a luxurious mohair throw while lounging in your best PJ’s
One of the softest, coziest blankets you will ever touch. This lightweight blanket has wide stitches in the center with a tassel hem detailing. This gets a solid nod of approval from us for your next treat-yourself splurge.

#3: Wear a long coat and chunky scarf over a chic black dress
While we all love black coats (this is Vancouver after all..) make a statement in a classic silhouette with a pop of colour.
On Karolina: Honesty coat ($198) and Hendrik Lou scarf ($220) from Woo To See You
#4: Enjoy a festive drink in front of your Christmas tree
With Christmas fast approaching Opus Barman Sam Repchuk created a fall/winter inspired cocktail made with rum, allspice and lemon. Gather around the Christmas tree and warm up with The Alchemist. Want to learn how to make it? Watch the video clip here.

#5: Wet noses and wagging tails on a cold winter’s night
Cuddle with someone cute (in this case Robin) this winter to keep you warm. But don’t forget that your furry friends get cold in the wintertime too! Keep them warm with canine-approved sweaters and booties to protect their paws from the snow and salt.
On Robin: DOGO Urban cable knit sweater with scarf ($38) from Barking Babies
