The Yaletown BIA is celebrating 11 years of winter festivities with CANDYTOWN.
We wish to invite you to Downtown Vancouver’s only FREE outdoor winter festival, which will transform Yaletown public plazas into a winter wonderland. Lights and candy canes will adorn lamp poles and costumed characters will parade down the street. Holiday shoppers are welcome to start their seasonal gift buying in Yaletown with hundreds of local merchants as well as a specialty market carrying unique gifts and holiday treats.
Roam the streets with stilt walkers and roaming holiday characters who will safely interact with revellers, to the wonderment of tots - while live music and carolling will set the stage for Yuletide cheer.
Holiday Characters and Performers will be roaming around the block (Bill Curtis Square and Helmcken Plaza) to revel in and celebrate the holiday!
Horse Carriage rides are coming back to give you a ride around the Yaletown block. Rides are by donation to the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

CandyTown's self-guided Cocktail Tour is returning this year for visitors aged 19+ searching for a tavern to enjoy seasonal menus, and drinks and be merry by the spirit of the festival! Enjoy a special concoction crafted in the spirit of CandyTown, which you won't find anywhere else but in Yaletown.
