The yellow ribbon is the symbol of hope and of the longing for the safe return of loved ones.
Today, we all stand together with the commitment to flatten the curve, hope for the safety of our family & friends, and longing to reunite with our loved ones soon. We display yellow because we “wish you were here”. Join us in adding yellow ribbons, hearts and symbols to spread the hope that we will be together soon.
We hope that you are well and that we will soon be in each other’s company once again.
Thank you to all the essential workers devoting themselves to keeping us safe & healthy.
Tag us @iYaletown on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, or hashtag us at #iHeartYaletown to share your “Yellow” spirit. Feel free to use our Yellow Ribbon social media filter.
In the meantime, please stay safe and stay healthy; wash your hands, avoid touching of the face, and physically distance (2 meters or 6-7 ft) yourself from others when going out. Let’s beat COVID-19!
We created a playlist for you…
We may miss one another, but it doesn’t mean we can’t dance together. Please enjoy our Spotify playlist during these times of social distancing. Crank up the volume and blast from your patios. Listen here.
